PROJECTS
THAT I’VE WORKED ON
Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of projects, from small, focused teams to national campaigns with significant reach.
NATIONAL AND REGIONAL CAMPAIGNS
MILLIONS OF PEOPLE REACHED
PROJECTS ACROSS FOOD, DRINK, MUSIC, EDUCATION AND CHARITY
CHOW DOWN
Chow Down launched during the pandemic as an idea, not a venue, and quickly became one of Leeds’ most popular open-air food and drink spaces.
I helped take the project from concept to launch, building demand through paid advertising, content, press and a dedicated website. The first summer sold out entirely, and Chow Down went on to run successfully for three consecutive summers.
A fast-paced launch built for momentum and repeat visitors.
CANVAS YARD
Canvas Yard launched as a brand new open-air music, food and drink venue in a new city centre space, with no existing audience and no prior footprint.
I supported the venue from launch through to the delivery of multiple large-scale events, including campaigns for 5,000 capacity shows.
My work covered marketing strategy, social media content, website optimisation, newsletters, paid advertising, press, influencer management, and full photo and video coordination.
The result was strong momentum from day one, with several sell-out events in the first summer.
SIMON ON THE STREETS
Simon On The Streets had never invested in marketing before, and needed a clearer voice, stronger presence, and greater impact.
I helped establish a more powerful brand, rebuilding the charity’s digital foundations through a new website, a consistent visual identity, and a renewed content strategy. This significantly increased engagement across social media and raised the profile of the charity’s work.
Alongside this, I delivered major press campaigns and secured prime time TV news coverage, helping take the homelessness charity’s message to a regional audience.
THE CHAIRMAN’S BAO
The Chairman’s Bao is a language learning platform looking to strengthen its marketing approach and refine how it reached its audience.
I was brought in to deliver a full marketing audit and consultation, reviewing the website, social media presence, content quality, press activity and wider growth opportunities. The findings were presented as a clear, actionable strategy rather than a surface-level review.
The recommendations were then taken forward and implemented by their internal marketing team, helping shape their ongoing approach.
HIDEOUT FESTIVAL
Hideout Festival is a large-scale electronic music festival held in Croatia, attracting an international audience year after year.
I supported the festival’s marketing through social media content, paid advertising, and in-event coverage, including photography and videography. The focus was on capturing the energy of the festival in real time and turning it into content that drove engagement and ticket demand.
A fast-moving, high-pressure environment where content and performance had to work hand in hand.
